		<description>@isman yes actually less discounts seem to be one main issue highlighted in the community. THough they do encourage you to involve your friends and family in the process.
@Joanne yes 11% is not bad actually. However, very few swarms manage that level. You need to get 14 people apart from yourself to get that level of discount. Also the discount is not on percentage points- rather cash offs. That was just an example from a swarm that I experienced- it is not standard across all swarms.</description>

		<description>Love the way you&#039;ve put it. One is so used to just hearing complaints- but here seem some effort to getting things right and trying to understand what could have been done better.
Enjoyed reading it and though I have been in technology, the only thing I can add is that yes there are little opportunities to interact after one swarm is over.
Also if they are giving away 11% discount, that seems to be pretty descent right?</description>

		<description>I still think its a great idea, a right step forward for Dell and digital social marketing in general, especially in a space like Singapore. I had proposed a similar idea for a school module project (for T-Mobile UK) although a very important aspect of a social program like this, in my perspective, would be the &#039;social&#039; itself. It is much harder to align yourself to strangers than you would to people you know. Hence, the social element of this prog must enhance the value in familiarity and kinship. I don&#039;t know the finer details of Dell Swarm, but maybe, through no fault of theirs, the lack of comfort in a closed social network may have contributed to the perceived lack of enthusiasm in this program.

I would tweak this a little by proposing even better discounts if potential customers can get their friends and family involved in buying. Don&#039;t know if i made sense, but my thoughts :)</description>
